Margarine - 200 g, or Butter - 200 g, Yoltok - 1 pc., Cottage cheese - 200 g, Flour - 200 gPrepare products.

Knead the dough from the indicated ingredients. To do this, scroll the cottage cheese through a meat grinder. Add flour and margarine. Mix it all up. Put in a cold place for 1 hour.

Then roll it out with a rolling pin and fold it. Repeat this process twice more (after 1 hour). The last time, having folded the dough, leave it on the board for 1 hour.

Then roll into a layer with a thickness of a finger and make a net on its entire surface with a knife. Cut out round crumpets.

Put them in a baking sheet. Turn on the oven.

Separate the yolk, beat it.

Grease crumbs with egg yolk (you can sprinkle with cumin) and bake crumbs from cottage cheese at a high temperature (200 degrees) until golden (20-25 minutes).
