Prepare the dough of medium consistency and divide into 2 unequal parts. Roll most of it with a rolling pin into a uniform layer and put it in a baking sheet. Put the filling on the layer, cover it with a second rolled layer, pierce it in several places with a fork, grease it with egg yolks and bake the cake in a hot oven until brown. Sprinkle the cooled pie with vanilla sugar and cut into rhombuses.
