Straisel and cherry jam pie

The oil is triturated with sugar, egg is added, mixed until homogeneous. Sifted flour is poured in and dough is quickly kneaded with hand. After a couple of minutes, the dough is cut. If it is heated by hand, it is advisable to cool it before cutting. Half of the dough is rolled into a formation with a thickness of about 0. 5 cm, laid on a dry baking sheet. The base of the pie is thickly covered with cherry jam. The rest of the dough is kept in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes, and then rubbed with the palms to obtain small crumbs (streusel). The produced crumb is mixed with cinnamon and a layer of jam is evenly sprinkled with streisel. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for about half an hour until lightly rosy. The finished chilled cake is sprinkled with icing sugar.
