Cherries and cherries pie

Beat the egg whites into foam, add powdered sugar, yolks, ground cookies and cinnamon to it. Pour half of the resulting mass into a baking sheet, the bottom of which must be covered with oiled paper in advance. Stir cherries and cherries (without seeds) and put on the dough. Then pour out the remaining mass and level it. Bake the pie at medium temperature and cut it into portions even warmer.
