Grated pie
Take 3 steeply boiled egg yolks, rub them with sugar until smooth. Separately, take solid oil (or margarine) and flour, chop them with a knife, add nuts passed through the meat grinder. Combine the obtained mass with yolks with sugar. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease the pan with oil, evenly put half of the resulting mass into it (it should turn out to be crumbly), grease with jam or povidl and pour the rest of the dough on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden (approximately 40-45 minutes).
