Chocolate cake




Chocolate cake with melted chocolate is tastier than cocoa. Baked chocolate pie can be used as a basis for making different cakes, depending on taste and desire.

flour - 100 g, eggs - 3 pcs., butter - 100 g, chocolate - 100 g, sugar - 200 g, or sugar powder - 200 g, vanilla to taste, salt - 1 pinch, orange zest (optional) to taste, butter to lubricate the form how much it will take


1. Break the chocolate into pieces, add the butter, powdered sugar and melt, stirring constantly, on a water bath. Add eggs to the resulting mass, beat with wedges.

3. Add the sifted flour, salt and vanilla. Mix the dough until uniform. (Grated zest of half an orange can be added if desired. )

4. Grease the baking tin with butter and pour chocolate dough into it. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake the chocolate pie for about 30-40 minute.

5. Cool the finished chocolate pie, carefully remove from the mold and decorate as desired. You can cut the cake into cakes and grease with cream or jam, you can pour chocolate icing over the cake, or you can simply sprinkle powdered sugar over the chocolate cake.
