Rum pie with orange filling
1 serving
Sugar, 5 egg yolks, vanilla sugar, breadcrumbs, cookie powder, mix well and add a strong foam of egg whites to them. Grease the baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with flour, fill with mass and bake cake. Cut the warm bark in half in the baking sheet, take it out on the board and pour rum over it. Spread one half with a thick layer of orange jam and cover with a second layer. Cut the pie into squares or rectangles. In the absence of ready-made orange jam, you can cook thick jam from 3 - 4 ripe oranges and 1/4 parts of lemon, cutting them into small pieces, boil them with 200 g of sugar.
