Mix the flour with the cookie powder. Mix 1/3 part of it with butter and put it in a cold place. While the dough cools, add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, a pinch of salt to most of the flour and, adding milk, knead the soft dough. After that, mix both types of dough: roll with a rolling pin into layers (one more, the other less), put one layer on top of the other, roll, fold and roll again, and so 5-6 times. Finally, stretch the formation twice as large as the baking sheet. Cut it into two parts, put one part in a baking sheet, cover it with apple filling, and on top - with a second layer. In several places, puncture the upper layer with a fork and lubricate with egg yolk. Bake the product at high temperature.
