Charlotte with apples and raisins




Cut the crusts from the bread, cut them into slices. Melt butter, soak slices of bread with it. Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lay out the bottom and sides of the mold with prepared slices of bread. Saffron apples (or another that doesn't cook when frying) are peeled, cut into a seed box and sliced thinly. Fry the apples in a small amount of oil, combine with raisins and cool. Put the apple filling on the bread in the form, cover with a layer of bread on top. Beat the egg with milk and pour the mixture into the mold. Bake under the lid in the oven at an average temperature of 40-50 minutes. Tip the mold with the finished charlotte onto a dish. Serve with apricot sauce.
