Strudel with dried fruits
Soak dried fruits for 2 hours and cut into pieces. Sift the flour with a slide, make a hole in the middle, put milk, eggs, oil, powdered sugar, vanilla powder, soda in it and knead the cool dough. Roll the dough into a 3 mm thick formation. Lubricate the layer with jam, evenly lay out pieces of dried fruits and roll up the dough with a roll. Put in a warm place for the dough to rise. Grease with egg, sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Grease the baking sheet with oil, put a roll on it and bake in the oven.
