Grind the sugar with egg yolks until foamy. Mix the resulting mass with pre-prepared, chilled potatoes and continue kneading, gradually adding vanilla sugar, cookie powder and 3 egg whites beaten into foam. Grease the tray with oil, sprinkle with flour and bake the product at medium temperature. Cut the cooled cake in half and glue the layers together. Cut the pie into long chunks and sprinkle vanilla sugar over the top.
