Then remove the baking sheet with the dough from the oven and let the crust cool, then generously lubricate it with apricot povidl or gemom. 6 egg whites and 6 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar beat into foam and put it on the apricot povidlo, and sprinkle with crushed nut kernel on top. Put the pie in the oven and finish at a low temperature, while the top is well browned, and still cut warmly into slices, bricks, diamonds (cut with a sharp knife wetted in water).
