Placindas
Placindas are a recipe for making fresh pumpkin tortillas. It's a quick pastry that doesn't require much skill. The placindas dough is kneaded quickly and simply, easily rolled out, the thin tortillas don't last long to bake, and your table has a stack of mouth-watering golden converters with a sweet, bright orange filling.
pumpkin - 1 pc., butter - 200 g, flour - 1.2 kg, eggs - 3 pcs., ground crumbs - 1.5 cups, sugar to taste, salt to taste, pepper to taste
Preparation of placindas with pumpkin. We cut the peeled pumpkin thinly, like noodles, mix with 50 g of butter, crumbs, sugar, salt, pepper. Using flour, eggs, melted butter and water, knead the cool dough. Then we roll out the dough into individual cakes and put pumpkin filling on each of them. Roll the cakes with the filling in the form of an envelope, grease them on top with an egg and bake the placindas in the oven.
