Brynz cake




Whisk the eggs with salt, add the flour, knead the uncool dough and divide it into 6-8 pieces. Roll each piece subtly into a cake. Boil the water in a wide, low saucepan. One at a time, lower the cake into boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then cool in cold water and put it on the desktop.
