Milanese air fish pie

Fry the flour in melted margarine, dilute with milk, add tomato puree, cheese, salt and pepper. Add the whipped yolks and mix. Cut the fish fillet into cubes, put in oil, mix with the sauce, introduce the whipped proteins and pour the mixture into a form greased with oil. Bake the pie in the oven until golden. Garnish with lemon slices and serve with sandwiches.
