Grated stuffed pie




A traditional homemade pie that never gets bored is a grated pie. Each mistress has his own recipe for grated pie, it can be diversified by changing the fillings, but the main thing remains unchanged - for grated pie, shortbread is prepared and grated on a coarse grater.

flour - 400 g, baking powder for dough - 10 g, sugar - 100 g, rum - 1 teaspoon, butter - 140 g, yolk - 3 pcs., sour cream to taste, vanilla sugar to taste

From the products intended for dough preparation, knead a homogeneous mass of strong consistency and divide into 2 parts. Grease a small baking sheet with oil and grate one part of the dough on a coarse grater so that (if possible) this dough evenly covers the bottom of the baking sheet. Spoon the prepared filling onto the grated dough and coat it with dough (second part), also grated over a coarse grater. Bake the grated cake at medium temperature. Sprinkle the hot product with vanilla sugar and cut into pieces. Using this recipe, grated cake can be made with different fillings - from fresh and frozen berries, fruits, sweet cottage cheese.
