butter - 125 g, flour - 235 g, sugar - 210 g, yolk - 1 pc., lemon juice - 1 tbsp. spoon, cottage cheese - 800 g, orange (zest) 2 pcs., orange (juice) 1 pc., eggs - 4 pcs., glazed cherry to taste, orange (segments for decoration) to taste

So, we make cottage cheese pie, a recipe for American cuisine. Knead the dough from 175g flour, 60g sugar, butter, chopped into pieces, yolk and lemon juice. Wrap the dough in film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Roll the dough, lay out the bottom and side of the baking tin, cover with paper and fill with a load (for example, 500 g of dry peas or lentils). Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the load and paper. Mix the cottage cheese with 150g sugar, 60g flour, zest and orange juice and eggs. Spread the curd filling on the cake, bake at a temperature of 175 degrees for about an hour. Garnish the curd pie with orange and cherry wedges.
