Pie "good mood"

From 200g flour, 150g butter, 50g sugar, a pinch of soda and salt, knead the shortbread. Grease the baking sheet with oil, put dough in it and bake it at medium temperature. Grease the baked bark with a mixture of rum and cocoa. Then bake the 5-egg biscuit dough, cut into squares and pour over the rum. Lay the biscuit squares on the baked base, sprinkle with finely chopped candied fruits and cover with cream. Put the finished pie in a cold place and, when it cools, decorate with cherries.
