Eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 0.75 cups, Margarine - 150 g, Flour - 2 cups, Soda - 0.5 tsp, Vinegar - 0.5 tsp, Salt - 1 pinch, Thick jam (preferably sour) - 1 cupIngredients for making "Crumb" pie. Leave margarine at room temperature.
How to make a Crumb pie: Rub sugar with eggs. To do this, break the eggs into a deep plate, add sugar, beat with a whisk.
Cut margarine into small cubes. Mix the crushed eggs with margarine and salt.
Extinguish soda with vinegar. Add flour, soda, slaked with vinegar to the egg mixture.
Knead the homogeneous dough. Divide the dough into two unequal parts (1/3 and 2/3). Or divide the dough in half. Put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
