Three-layer pie

Grind the flour with butter, add egg yolks to it, cookie powder, yeast diluted in milk, powdered sugar. Of all these products, knead the dough well and divide it into three parts. Roll out the dough in three identical layers, put the first one on a pan greased with fat, sprinkled with flour, spread with povidl, sprinkle with a mixture of ground nut with powdered sugar, cover with a second layer, lubricate with povidl, sprinkle with the remaining nut mixture, cover with a third layer. Put the cake prepared in this way in a warm place for 20-25 minutes. Bake in the oven at a low temperature.
