Knead the cool dough on milk, add butter, sugar, raisins, diluted yeast, egg yolks to it, stir everything well and put it in a warm place for 90 minutes to increase in volume. Then, from the dough, roll 9 flagella of the same thickness and length and weave braids from them: one of four, one of three, one of two harnesses: first put a braid of four harnesses and lubricate it with egg yolk; on it - of three, lubricating the surface also with yolk, put a wicker of two harnesses on top. Put the product in a warm place for proofing, grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
