Plum pie




Rub the fat with flour. Dilute salt, sugar and yeast in sour cream. Make a funnel-shaped depression in flour, pour sour cream mass, rum, 2 egg yolks into it and knead dough of medium consistency. Roll the cooled dough again, fold and cool again for at least 30 minutes. And so three times. Then cut the dough into two parts, roll each into a layer 1 cm thick, put one of them in a fat-greased baking sheet, grease with egg white and dry. Then sprinkle the dough in a baking tray with breadcrumbs, 100 g of sugar, 60 g of ground nut, put the cream filling on top and coat with a second layer. Lubricate the article surface with fat. Bake in a hot oven. Sprinkle the finished pie with vanilla sugar and cut into squares.
