Plum pie
Rub the fat with flour. Dilute salt, sugar and yeast in sour cream. Make a funnel-shaped depression in flour, pour sour cream mass, rum, 2 egg yolks into it and knead dough of medium consistency. If the dough is cool, add some sour cream. Roll the kneaded dough into a layer 1 cm thick, fold three times, cover with a napkin and leave on the board for 25-30 minutes. Roll the cooled dough again, fold and cool again for at least 30 minutes. And so three times. Then cut the dough into two parts, roll each into a layer 1 cm thick, put one of them in a fat-greased baking sheet, grease with egg white and dry. Then sprinkle the dough in a baking tray with breadcrumbs, 100 g of sugar, 60 g of ground nut, put the cream filling on top and coat with a second layer. Lubricate the article surface with fat. Bake in a hot oven. Sprinkle the finished pie with vanilla sugar and cut into squares.
