Apple pie

Put the opar dough for the pie in an even layer on an oiled baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and thickly cover with slices of apples, leaving 3 cm free from the edges of the sheet. We bend the edges on the apples, press with a fork and let them part for 15-20 minutes. Before transferring to the oven, sprinkle a mixture of sugar (100 g) and cinnamon on top.
