It happens that in our refrigerator there are uneaten pieces of boiled, baked, fried or smoked meat. After collecting them, they cook minced meat, passing it through a meat grinder along with onions. Then they fry it in a pan with fat until it browns, salt, add spices - pepper, parsley, dill. While the mince cools, the dough is prepared: 75 g of yeast are diluted in sour cream, mixed with 2 cups of flour and 150 g of melted butter and thoroughly kneaded. Cake is baked in a form greased with fat, where two-thirds of the dough is laid, then minced meat, again dough, which is decorated with rollers. In the oven, the pie will be ready in half an hour. It's good to serve a tomato salad to it.
