We mix yeast with a warm liquid, put salt, oil and flour, knead the dough and put it in a warm place. When it comes up, roll a ball out of it, then a round tortilla, which we transfer into an oil-lubricated form. The tortilla should be large enough to cover the edges of the mold or pan enough to be above the filling. Grease the dough with vegetable oil and place the filling in an even layer. After proofing, bake the cake in the oven with an average heat of 30-35 minutes. Transfer the finished pie from the pan to the dish and serve hot to the table.
