Blueberry jam pie

Dilute the yeast in a small amount of warm milk, adding some sugar. Pour the flour into a deep bowl, add the yeast diluted in milk, mix the egg yolks, butter, salt and so much milk to get a dough of medium consistency, roll it into a layer, put in a fat-greased baking tray and put in a warm place for lifting. Then spread the dough with blueberry jam and whipped with vanilla sugar into a strong foam with egg whites. Bake in the oven until cooked at medium temperature.
