Apricot povidl pie

Knead the dough and divide into 4 parts. Roll each part with a layer, put one of them in a large baking sheet, spread liberally with apricot povidl, cover with a second layer, etc. Spread the upper layer with whipped proteins of 4 eggs mixed with ground nut and sugar. Before baking the dough, give it proofing (2 hours). Bake at medium temperature. Slice the finished pie.
