Tatra pie
1 serving
From 6 eggs, 120g sugar, 120g flour, lemon juice and vanilla sugar, make a biscuit dough. Grease the baking sheet with butter and fill with 7z part of the dough. 6 egg whites, beat 40 g of sugar into a strong foam, and add 200 g of sugar. Fill the confectionery bag with a round or shaped tip with foam. Fill the remaining biscuit mass with another pastry bag. On the surface of the biscuit pastry laid in a baking sheet, apply oblique stripes: one of foam, and the second of biscuit mass. Then, in the same order, release the stripes in the opposite direction so that squares of 3X3 cm in size are obtained. Fill the squares with red currant jelly. Bake the cake at a low temperature.
