Strawberry pie
Mix the dough from the flour, sugar, milk, egg and cookie powder. Grease the baking sheet with oil, fill with dough and bake it until half cooked over low heat. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly in running water and roll back on a sieve. Lay the dried strawberries on the uncleaned mass in a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar (the amount depends on the ripeness and sweetness of the strawberries) and cover with a strong foam of 2 egg whites. Prepare the cake prepared in this way over an upper heat until golden ruddy.
