The dough, made with flour, sugar, butter, nut, lemon juice, lemon zest and egg yolks, is placed in a small baking tray and baked until half cooked. Then remove the cake from the oven, cover with filling and bake at medium temperature until tender. Cool (you can also cut a warm) pie into diamonds, cubes or rectangles.
