Then remove from the heat, add the nuts crushed or passed through the meat grinder, granulated sugar and mix well. Divide the finished dough into four equal pieces and roll each of them subtly. Put one of the obtained layers on a baking sheet, sprinkle with flour, lubricate well with melted butter, put a layer of nut-raisin filling on it, then put the next layer, filling, etc. , and cover with the last layer. Then pinch the edges, anoint on top with yolk pre-whipped with water or milk, make shallow cuts in the dough with diamonds and oven in the oven. When the cake is baked, deepen the incisions, pour thick sugar syrup over the cake and put back in the oven for one second (otherwise the cake will harden).
