Dough is rolled out, placed on a baking sheet, sprinkled with breadcrumbs and laid out with an even layer of blueberries. To prepare streusel, flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon, they are chopped mixed and rubbed with their hands into small lumps. A layer of blueberries is sprinkled with streisel and after proofing the cake is baked in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
