Sweet cherry pie (special)

Rub the butter well, add (one each) 3 egg yolks and one teaspoon each 30g icing sugar. Beat strong foam from 3 egg whites, pour 60 g of powdered sugar into small doses. Gently mix the foam with a mass of egg yolks and lightly mix flour with them. Lay a baking sheet with oiled paper, pour dough into it and put washed (without seeds), dry cherries on top. Bake at moderate heat. Cut the baked cake into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar or vanilla sugar.
