Horseshoes with nut and poppy filling

Prepare a medium consistency dough and divide it into 5 parts. Roll each part, spread with filling, roll into a tight roll and bend out the horseshoe. Roll 2 horseshoes with nut and 3 with poppy filling. Grease the baking sheet with oil, put horseshoes in it, grease them twice with egg yolk and bake at medium temperature.
