Walnut tubercles

Beat 4 egg whites into strong foam, add powdered sugar, ground nut and flour. Stir everything slightly. Line the metal sheet with oiled paper and a teaspoon to put small tubercles on it at a distance of 2 fingers from each other. Put the metal sheet with the products in a hot oven and immediately reduce the heat so that the dough is dried rather than baked. Glue the ready-made cooled tubercles together with two chocolate cream. Yield approx. 20 pcs.
