Meat pies
1 serving
Cut the meat for filling into pieces, fry in oil along with chopped onions, add hot water, simmer it over low heat until soft and only then salt. Together with the onions, pass the cooled meat through a meat grinder and heat, adding broth, pepper and sour cream as needed. The puff dough is rolled into a 3 mm thick formation. Using molds or wheels, cut into quadrangular pieces. We lay out the filling into half a piece, bend the dough in half, squeeze the edges slightly, coat with beaten egg and bake in the oven until tender.
