Puff pastry meat pie

Puff non-yeast dough - 250 g, Meat - 300-400 g, Dried mushrooms - 25-30 g, Onions - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoonsPuff yeast-free dough pie products.
How to make puff meat pie: Boil the meat in advance. Wash the meat, pour cold water, bring to a boil. Cook over a low heat under a lid until cooked (about an hour).
Peel the onions, wash, finely chop.
Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil. Put the onions in hot oil and fry in vegetable oil until transparent, stirring, over a medium heat (1-2 minutes).
Boil the mushrooms until tender. Rinse the mushrooms well, pour cold water. Bring to a boil, cook over a low heat under a lid until soft (about 30 minutes).
Boiled mushrooms, along with meat, scroll through a meat grinder.
Stir with the fried onions and mayonnaise.
Turn on the oven. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts (approximately 150 and 100 g).
Roll most of it into a circle more than the bottom of the shape.
Put the dough in the tin.
Spread the minced meat on a flat layer.
Wrap the free edges of the dough inside for minced meat.
Then rinse them with water or egg.
Roll the rest of the dough according to the size of the shape. Trim edges. Pieces can be made into a piece of jewellery.
Cover the cake with dough on top without pinching.
In the middle, make a hole to let the steam out.
You can decorate the pie at will with pieces of dough.
Put the pie in the oven on the middle shelf.
Bake the cake in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes until browned (temperature 190 degrees).
Grease the finished puff pastry pie on top with butter.
