Beat the yolks with sugar sand, spices and salt, add melted margarine, raisins and dried apricots passed through a meat grinder, whipped proteins and mix. Then add baking soda, pour flour, knead the dough and place it in an oiled form. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Cool the finished cake, remove it from the mold, pour cognac into the mold, put the pie there again and soak it for a day.
