Grate the stale wheat loaf, pour 1 cup of boiling milk and rub until smooth. Stand for 45 minutes and rub again. Add salt to taste, 100 g granulated sugar, 70 g butter, 2 eggs and stir. Put the resulting mass into an oiled and sprinkled crumb and bake for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle the ready-made loaf with icing sugar. Serve the cream separately.
