Bread and brynza banitsa
Slice the bread. Grease the baking dish with oil and put the slices of bread in one layer. Grate the brynza, mix with the butter and put on the bread. Lay another layer of bread slices on top. Whisk the eggs with butter, milk and salt, pour the bread into the mixture. Bake in a hot oven.
wheat bread - 200 g, brynza - 100 g, butter - 3 tbsp. spoons, eggs - 2 pcs., milk - 1 cup, salt to taste
