Pies "spring"

Salt, finely chopped spring onions and chopped eggs are added to the whipped oil. Dough is rolled into 2 beds with thickness of 3 mm. Filling is placed on the first layer, covered with the second layer and pies are squeezed out with the help of mold or cup. They are laid out on a sheet lubricated with fat and baked in the oven until light brown. Ready-made pies are coated with butter.
