Curd doughnuts
Mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, flour, salt and soda. Separate the dough pieces with a teaspoon and roll in flour, forming balls, no larger than walnut (otherwise the middle will not bake). Roll 3-4 punchlines or pieces of finely chopped dried apricots into the middle of each ball. In a small cossack, heat the vegetable oil so that the donuts can swim on the surface without touching the bottom. Lower the doughnuts into the oil so that they fit freely without interfering with each other, then the doughnut itself will turn the finished side upwards.
