cottage cheese - 400 g, butter - 50 g, eggs - 4 pcs., sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons, flour - 250 g, lemon (juice) 0.5 pcs., vanilla sugar - 1 pack, salt to taste
How to make curd doughnuts: wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, stir with melted butter, eggs, sugar, salt, flour, grated zest and juice from half a lemon. From the resulting mass, shape round tortillas and fry them in abundant fat. Sprinkle icing sugar over the top of the curd doughnuts.
