Chebureks




Stir salt in a glass of boiling water, pour 1 cup of flour with the solution and stir well. When the mixture is warm, add 2 ~ 3 cups of flour and knead the dough. From the obtained dough, roll thin circles with a diameter of 18-20 cm and a thickness of 3-4 mm. Immediately before moulding the chebureks into the finished mince with onions, salt and pepper, pour half a cup of water and stir. Put 1-2 tbsp. spoons of minced meat, gently leveling. Lubricate the edges of the mug with water or egg to make them glued together better. Fold the blank in half, press the edges well and cut with a special corrugated knife (you can just pinch). Fry the chebureks on both sides in well-heated vegetable oil.
