Cakes "potatoes"

peeled potatoes are passed through a meat grinder. coffee essence (strained), along with sugar and beaten egg, is put on fire to boil 2-3 times. after it cools, mixes with potatoes, cookies, lemon or orange zest, crushed nuts, cocoa and finally rum are added. the resulting mixture must be thoroughly kneaded, taken piece by piece and cut into oval-shaped cakes resembling potatoes, rolled piece by piece in cocoa mixed with powdered sugar. it is good to make the mixture a day earlier so that it hardens.
