potatoes are boiled the day before, peeled and rubbed. dough of grated potatoes, eggs, vegetable oil and flour is thoroughly kneaded. a layer of medium thickness is rolled out, cut into squares, on one part of which there are slides of chopped meat mixed with onions stewed in vegetable oil, chopped greens, salt and pepper. the second part of the squares is bent over the first, the edges are pinched, the pies are spread with egg. They are baked in the oven on high fire.
