Shortbread patties with meat filling

One prepares shortbread dough from flour, oil, eggs, salt and puts it in a cold place for 1 hour. The lightly softened oil is triturated with salt until the clumps disappear, and then, while continuing to rub, the egg is added. Sifted flour is poured into the obtained mass and dough is quickly kneaded. When kneading, the dough temperature should not be higher than 17 C.
