After that, the pan is taken out of the oven, the dough is well greased with tomato sauce, melted cheese is grated on the tortilla, onions cut into rings, pieces of sausage are placed on top, everything is poured with mayonnaise and put in the oven for another 15 - 20 minutes. Garlic is crushed in a special device, mixed with vegetable oil and the obtained slurry, the pizza is greased on top, covered with a lid and allowed to stand a little more.
