Spinach pizza
Knead the dough from flour, oil, 1 egg, salt and 1-2 tbsp. spoons of water. Wrap the dough in foil and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse and dry the spinach. Put the garlic in oil, add spinach, let the excess liquid evaporate, salt, pepper. Mix cream and egg with spinach. Roll out the dough, put on a baking sheet greased with oil. Place the spinach, bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then place the mozzarella, cut into mugs, on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
