Pizza with vegetables




Dilute the yeast with 2 spoons of sugar 100g water. Put in a warm place. When the mixture is foamed, knead the dough and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours. You can put any available vegetables. Salt each layer to taste, sprinkle on top with carrots grated over a coarse grater and bread crumbs, then chopped into herbs. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven.
