Pizza with vegetables
Dilute the yeast with 2 spoons of sugar 100g water. Put in a warm place. When the mixture is foamed, knead the dough and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours. Roll out the dough, put on a baking sheet, lay in layers: Fresh or canned tomatoes, sliced, peeled boiled or baked potatoes, sliced, chopped onions (raw or lightly fried), aubergine caviar or canned aubergines, boiled green beans, boiled and lightly fried mushrooms, chopped sweet peppers, ajiku. You can put any available vegetables. Salt each layer to taste, sprinkle on top with carrots grated over a coarse grater and bread crumbs, then chopped into herbs. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven.
